First, yeah, but he's not at risk of losing his livelihood is he. I don't think he's practiced the last 3yrs what with his schedule. He might be doing online sessions to maintain his accreditation though. The onus is on the board to prove his public statements caused demonstrable harm.
Second. Up their sleeves? I dunno. I bet it's wads of Kleenex full of snot and woke tears.. and daddy issues.
Fine. Just don't do it with a Kermit the frog puppet to tease him about his voice. Somebody tried..and he liked it.

he's not at risk of losing his livelihood, he's a millionaire that's been making money off right wing rhetorics. he hasn't practiced in years but he's asking for donations, 550k USD/ 750K CAN gofundme or givesendgo to fight all the way to the supreme court. whatever was needed to prove anything was apparently done considering he filed appeal against that decision and lost. not only will he have to do what they say, but he'll have to stop doing what got him in this position in order to maintain his accreditation. it's really about the things he espouses being billed as a clinical psychologist without us countering with "former" and he wants you to pay for it

It's bad enough he's being asked to defend himself at all now that it's been demonstrated zero complaints came from any of his actual patients, at all. But why misrepresent, Sal? See direct quote off the GoFundMe page you linked, above:
'I have therefore set up this campaign to ensure the funds I have in place to see this battle through, without reservation--to the Supreme Court of Canada, if need be--and to help others who have found themselves in the same predicament do the same.'
Hard to believe that his opinion on why on average women earn less than men was part of this trial.
Now the only thing that remains for him is to do "a weinstein" leave the psychological society and promote his views under his "own science", which of course is heavily influenced by his religious beliefs.

His acclaimed biblical lecture series asside, he's actually quite big on using proper scientific method. I've heard him talk stats and confidence intervals and such and he seems rather well versed. Certainly a harsh critic of bad science. Also, he hates the humanities for being too self-referential, getting papers published only to never see them cited again.
