to put you "title" into perspective, from your source:

"Davenport police responded to the Walmart in the 3100 block of West Kimberly Road for a disturbance. A shot was fired from an unknown source, striking 22-year-old Italia Marie Kelly of Davenport, who was a passenger in a vehicle.

She died from a single gunshot wound to her stomach. Her death is being investigated by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigations.

No arrests have been made as of Tuesday morning."

For all we know the shooter was an alt right thug not liking "their peace disturbed" anyway.

Rioters are not protestors, neither are thugs firing at random people.

If an alt-rightwinger drives his car into protestors it is "not what the alt right is about" if you think it was a "protestor" apply the same logic here.

I based the title on the content of the video.

A girl crying yelling that a "protestor" shot her sister. She could have been a witness, or maybe someone told her.

Could even have been gang related. A lot of kids are out there to look cool by perpetrating crimes without consequences or just wanting to see the madness take place. Guns stores are being looted too. Do the math.

I placed the sources for anyone interested in the story because I saw it and had to check its authenticity, and whether this may have been an old video being portrayed as a new one. Which appears not to be the case.

But find me a video of an alt right thug participating in the same protest, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. That it's possible. But nobody has mentioned their involvement once around this story so I don't find that likely at this moment.

Maybe you should have checked the authenticity of your title too.  Relying on the mourning sister having "better" information than others is rather naïve. But hey, it feeds your bias so yeah let's use "protester".

I'm sorry, I should have checked with authoritative news sources first and taken their word over a mourning family member with all the reasons to lie about the death of her black sister for some kind of political hoax against her own people.

Wait, I'm not sorry.

"Kelly’s aunt, Amy Hale, said the event started peacefully, but her niece started feeling uncomfortable as the night went on, citing arguing demonstrators as the primary reason. The 22-year-old tried to get into her friend’s car to leave the parking lot when she was shot. Doctors pronounced her dead when she arrived at the hospital 30 minutes later.

Hale said that Kelly was biracial herself and very vocal about inequality and often spoke about it on her social media. She asserted that Kelly “wasn’t about the violence. She wasn’t about the looting and the rioting. She was about justice.”

"Police have not released the name of the other gunshot victim. A few others were also injured by gunfire. No further information about the possible shooter, or shooters, was released."(Other victim also died)

"During a news conference held Monday morning, Mayor Mike Matson claimed that police and first responders had received at least 20 calls about gunfire and multiple suspicious fires in the area."

Maybe Italia and her sister just aren't black enough for you to take them at their word?

or

Maybe this story and others like it aren't racially charged or controversial enough for you to give any of the people involved any credence or attention for their claims, as it would not fit the currently accepted narrative you're subscribing to where police brutality perpetrated by white people against black people in protest has priority over all the other consequences of civil unrest, crimes that would warrant the equal amount of attention on slower news days?

Still defending your unfounded and unreasonable title? I did not make it a race issue by stating the source of the shot is unknown. You helped spread rumours by implying "antifa shot antifa, hahahahahaha"

Her own sister says in video that a protestor did it.

"Unfounded and unreasonable title".

@puttefnask Arguing with a stupid person is like wrestling a pig, in the end all that'll happen is that you'll be covered in mud and the pig is going to enjoy it the whole time. You stoop to the level of stupid they will beat you with experience.

Naw I think they're smarter than they pretend to be.

They will claim ignorance when proven wrong instead of complete ideological servitude, which is what is really going on. They can't admit an honest mistake, because they are simply not honest.

These people can't speak or form an opinion on any topic until having one pre-packaged and allowed by the left.

They wouldn't dare to lift a finger to prevent a crime unless someone else speaks up before them.

They are equally responsible for upholding racism by selectively caring whenever it suits them.

And MAN do they care around election season!

Daftcunt doesn't care about the injustice against Italia Marie Kelly because it has not been referenced by his ideological leaders yet, and it may not ever be as it contradicts the momentum of white cops killing black people, which is somehow Trump's fault despite multiple protests of the same nature and consequences during previous administrations, before he was even involved in Politics.

He's not looking for solutions to problems. He wants to convey certain groups of people as the only reason for every problem in the world. Which means he lacks the insight to objectively criticize what is wrong with his own beliefs and politics. He's not even able to say the murder of this black woman is wrong yet because he fears that what her sister says is correct and that would hurt his side of the argument. But if it turns out it was not another protestor, and instead some racist, you will hear him lament this tragedy, for only then is he allowed to care and virtue signal about it.

He's following an operating system which says: Justice for this woman now because I found out later that it was racially motivated. But not a second before.

An absolutely true and classic post from easily the least intelligent member of Spiked in its history.

I wouldn't say least intelligent, that is probably cockintheeye, but definitely one of the most deluded.

Impossible, you're no longer a part of a protest once you pull a trigger with intent to kill.
