White Power Signs at Bar

Comments

Is he a flight risk?

Is he committing a crime?

Is he a threat to repeat his offenses?

NOPE, so fuck off! What does drinking alcohol have to do with him returning to court?

If it wasnt a political theatre then they wouldnt give two fucks what he does, this is punishment before conviction.

Looks like a typical murrican bodge job from the start. Why give bail for someone accused of killing two people in the first place?

Because he is white and was wearing a suit to court

Because there are many different ways that a person can get charged with killing someone and not all are equal, dumbcunt. A person who kills someone with their car while driving at night and the person was wearing all black walking in the middle of the road is a bit different than someone who thought out of a plan to kill someone. How about if someone starts a fight with you and you punch them in their head causing a brain aneurysm and they die. Should those people sit in jail for months if not years while they wait to be convicted? What about someone defending themselves and have a self defense argument, should they sit in jail to await for their trial? Bail is to ensure you return to court and/or to ensure you do not repeat the offense. Is Rittenhouse a flight risk? Risk of repeating the offense? Nope! He has a self defense argument, it was not premeditated. So he has a good chance of beating the charges. Also, the charges are very political in nature, so maybe the judge doesn't like the charges. Bail is NOT suppossed to be a punishment, since you have not been convicted yet, that would be unconstituional and a weaponization of the justice system. Do you like seeing our justice system being weaponized? Or political? Seems history can give us some lesson on that!

Rather than submitting a wall of babble you could have simply said;
"The charges facing Rittenhouse include first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide and attempted first-degree intentional reckless homicide. An additional charge of violation of curfew the night of the shootings was added last week, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported.

This clearly can be compared to accidentally runnning over a pedestrian that crosses a red light"

Then I would have taken you seriously.

Oh, wait, no, I wouldn't, lol

That was not part of your qeustion. I answered your qeustion: "Why give bail for someone accused of killing two people in the first place?" I said: "Because there are many different ways that a person can get charged with killing someone and not all are equal, dumbcunt."

It's totaly a self defense case.

Not his fault the BLM/Antifa goon charged him after shoving him into the ground. Everyone knew he was armed, and this is why he is a survivor and the other guy is worm food.

No. that would be silly.

If i were pushed to the ground in front of rioters and I saw one of them charging at me most likely to kick me in the head, I'll be more than willing to defend myself in the same way.

Like I said the rioter knew he was armed, He made the mistake of thinking he wouldn't use it.
