i'm torn between sticking with the atmost 0.9% voter fraud and wanting to see massive voter fraud done by trumps campaign.

Oh but massive fraud by Trump's campaign would be so satisfying, right? So we should look into this and make sure that every legal vote was counted.

i feel as though "legal vote" doesn't have a proper term right now.

if i could nail it down as someone who's an american citizen who's allowed to vote, who voted in the proper area, voted before the polls closed and its state followed the rules it set out by its interpretation of the consitution and also including any extentions needed for delivery due to issues like pandemic. then yes. every single legal vote should be counted, all illegal votes should not

but i don't feel as though thats how the term being used. like, its a term sitting ontop of a landscape that can change overnight. you could go to the supreme court and gerrymander a democratic city so half of the city is in a different county, so everyone in that half voted in the wrong county, making there votes illegal. might be able to get the supreme court to add an amedement  to the constitution so people born in american by non americans is not an american citizen, illegal vote. or lets say point at a stack of ballots and say you weren't close enough during the count so you get the supreme court to declare them as illegal votes.

There's your confusion. You're not in a position to nail down what constitutes a legal vote. Only a final decision in the courts will reveal to us which were the legal votes and how many of them there were. Everything you wrote up there is a testament to the confusion created by last minute rule changes implemented by the Democrats. You actually don't know what a legal vote is and neither do I and neither does anyone else until the courts decide. But I don't think the difference is going to be found in illegal votes like allowing improper ballots or destroying proper ones. if there's any chance for Trump at all it'll have to do with the software and the voting machines in the three states that don't make sense to objectors.

there is no confusion. there is only uncertainty. i watched as you edited this comment yesterday. there was no confusion in what i assumed you would say. there was some uncertainty. words have meaning, when they're said by someone who has the ability to change what its defined as or you think they mean something else. you are uncertain.

i could say "we should take care of the immigrants". that means something, if it say while in KKK uniform. you might ask what i mean by "take care of", would you be confused or uncertain?

Yeah, so what happened to the "nothing to see here", "what voter fraud?" narrative? Now its, "oh we are going to find voter fraud but it wont matter"! LOL Sounds like someone is covering their rear and running scared!

In a developed country you have a personal ID card featuring a unique set of numbers and letters, with this you can either apply for voting in absence (by letter, the postage stamp will determine whether or not your vote was sent on time) or decide to vote in person. Offices for in person voting are set up in every district to such a number that they are not overwhelmed. People that decided to vote by letter are taken off their local ballot list and thus cannot vote there.

It couldn't be more simple really.

In any case: What trumptards tend to forget is that the amount of fraudulent votes will be more or less equal on both sides of the political spectrum.

But hey, keep the rest of the world entertained!

That sign language guy is awesome!

Now here is a question for everyone.

If proof comes out that both sides have tampered with the election, what should be done?

A. Adjust the counts as best as possible with fraudulent votes removed, (That can be Verified) and respect the result?

B. Disqualify both Candidates and grant Presidency to the next party with the most votes?

C. Grant The Presidency to Nancy Pelosi?

D. (Other) Fill in your answer here.

Perhaps this should be our next poll?

Its in the Constitution. Congress decides. The SCOTUS rules on vote fraud. We have to wait and see what happens.

If "proof" comes out what should be done will depend on

1. whether the number is siginficant, and if it is

2. whether it significantly favours one party

If the answer is "no" to either 1 or 2 nothing should be done and the vote is valid, if it is yes to either the US has procedures in place. I doubt it will come to that, though, as this big time fraud is wishful thinking, nothing else.

For the future the voting system should be looked at and improved that this cannot happen, that would include nationwide standardised procedures, like it has been done in many european countries for donkey's years.
