Every one of those cops that fired a shot should be charged with reckless endangerment. If you're going to shoot up the van anyway they should have waited for a more secluded area, not in a fucking packed intersection.

The cops don't determ where the van will stop the jackers stop and start shooting because they where in a traffic jam return fire before they harm anyone and or take other cars hostage

The cops didnt have to approach the vehicle at the inersection, they could have let the van move along and wait for a better place to have a shoot out.
