Look, I can't answer your question, the courts have, various times.
No fucking evidence of considerable voter fraud. Even trumps lawyer says the people have voted him out, no mention of a conspiracy or cabal or cheating or other bullshit.
Whether or not some of the circumstances were odd, I can't say, the only thing we can say is it has been investigated, no foul play found.
Of course the aficionados think ERVERYTHING is rigged against their idol, but it ain't, because if it were the vote to impeach would have been way more in favour.

You poor soul. It is a lawyer's arguement. He takes the side of what is already known as fact. If the people didn't vote him out, then why did he leave office? He has the right not to concede, think the election is rigged so forth, but he also has the duty to follow the LAW. The law which didn't overturn the election (WHICH NO COURT HAS VIEWED THE EVIDENCE), means he must give up his position. Which he did.
So now, the LAW that says a sitting president can be impeeched to be removed from office - DOES NOT APPLY.
P.S. I will concede if you can show me proof of a court that listened to the evidence that was brought forth and was dismissed on merit. No court wanted that responsibility for fear of retaliation from leftist mobs that would burn their shit to the floor.

I don't like a court's decision not to admit a case based on not even LOOKING at evidence or granting forensic audits in time for certifcation.
All they did was stonewall and stall out the clock.

And as far as COURTS go, I have lost most of my respect for them. They don't even seem to care about their own laws. Why should citizens be expected to either at that point?
What makes them any different than bullies?
When you think about it. What actually gives them authority over you? That they have hired thugs that can physically put you in their presence and transfer you into a jail cell for a time period they decide?
They can imprison your body sure. But they still have no AUTHORITY over you if you don't give it to them.
Look at Charles Bronson for example. Spent almost his whole life in solitary. His mind still wasn't ruled by anyone than himself. And he caused millions of dollars in damages to the places that held him. And an immense amount of pain and suffering to the guards that had to go in there and subdue him among other prisoners that tried to push their way onto him. THAT is authority.

I think before I act. But I do have standards of living and liberty, and I will not give them up. Unlike many, I have a line in the sand, and I will fight to protect it.
I also won't fall for the SCAM that life is more valueable than liberty. To believe that life is more precious than freedom only marginalizes every person that has died fighting against tyranny.
If you never had to fight for yourself against those that seek to own you, then you could never understand.
Growing up, I was beset on all sides by bullies. And there was no daddy to come fix it for me. I learned early that sometimes you have to fix your own problems. Most of the time you can talk and sort them out. Sometimes, some people don't care for reasoning, they want something from you, and they'll use force to take it. You can either live in misery and fear as their slave, or you can fight them.
What do you think rights are? Are they what your given government says they are? Are they what your society says is acceptable? Or are they something you are born with, and your personal responsibility to maintain?

I appreciate you finding an article. The problem is these were all open statements and never got to the witness part. The only one that is super suspect was the AZ one. Where they acknowledged clerical errors and dismiss the case without a forensic audit. Now that is still being disputed in AZ and there will be hell to pay for the people that just brushed it off. Understand we are talking about 10k votes per state at most for the divide and 30-50k votes are the swing for illegal votes per state in question.
Ask youself, had this been the other way around... how much news coverage do you think this would have gotten. I don't know if Biden won or not, or if Trump won or not, I do know there is a lot of easy to see quesitons that aren't being looked at or answered.

Over 1000 Affit Davits signed under penality of perjery. Affit Davits are evidence and have been used in various other court cases to put people behind bars. Not looked at by the courts. When we talk about why no one wanted to take the case, you have to look at everything from a wide angle. Like it or not, you have a boiling point that has already spilled over a few times by the left the entire year. Riots all over, people carving out subcities inside of existing ones and cops and Trumpers targeted. As soon as there is any push back, the left cries victims and says shit like, they are insurred or whatever. I have made this point before in greater detail how the media, and politicians back this movement, until it turns on them, then it is their 911 or cops need to be called to protect their home.
If looked at and overturned, I believe mass destruction and then possibly with mainstream media gaslighting most thought we were headed to another civil war. This countries vote was stolen, then held hostage by the left. That is how I feel and there are MILLIONS just like me.

In good news. Over a dozen states including Nevada and Tennesse have banished concealed carry permits, everyone can carry as intended. More states expected to follow. They are pre empting the grabs, so if the bill passes, there will be non compliance on the state level.
