They're saying the conservative leaning US supreme court will throw it out. I don't like that they're presenting it as a foregone conclusion. The supreme court justices will vote their conscience in the end. History will tell.

He will never serve a day in jail. Best case scenario is he just takes a dirt nap. Sure, the conspiracy theories will explode from the cult mob but they will no matter what happens.
