I absolutely agree! The man deserves to be attended in english.
However, in this case the lady was talking to her colleague in their native language, it seems. No need for the dumb cunt to get agitated about and curse about "arabs" and foreigners to go to their home country.
BTW, apart from Spanish, I have quite a few clients I have to teach in english or german because it is easier for them to be attended in their native language. Some speak hardly any spanish, not even talking about catalan, despite living here for many years.
It is always easier to communicate on your native language than any other, even after living in the country for years. And don't get hung up by the accent, for most people that never fully disappears, some have a strong accent even when their grammer and vocabulary is perfect.
Of course you wouldn't know anything about this as you only speak and understand one language.

They were talking to eachother in their native language. Not the customer. The customer got all butthurt because he assumed they were talking about him. Would you go get all upset if you went to a Chinese restaurant and all the cooks weren't speaking England?
