can't help but notice that the first pic looks awfully like the pictures of where people don't live
most densily populated cities in every state vote democrate. you want democratic support for walls, offer to build them around their cities

I would support that last part, with enough time for those who didn't want to live in the megacity to evacuate before the doors are shut for good. You could live in there free from the ignorant rural folk, and maybe program a giant super-computer to efficiently run the city, execute law, reward the good and punish the bad, and of course decide who should remain and who should be "ejected from the community".
Once you have it set up, and it's been running for a while, let me know. I have an awesome idea for such a thing.
