In germany (probably in the whole of the EU) teachers have a duty of care other bosses or superiors do not have. It is a no brainer really. If the relationship is so important to them, they should get a job at another school, if it isn't they are just after very young cock or pussy, most probably abusing their position to get it and should not be teachers in the first place.
