Why did the west spent DOUBLE the $$ on this war then Russia did ?

Syria clip though, heat plumes, dust and scary letters on the watermark. Might mean "have a nice day" or "death do infidels" I have no idea.
As for Ukraine, they are winning the battles but nowhere near winning the war. Sure as shit winning public opinion around just about everywhere worth a damn with gear to spare.
