This is the clip Joes talking about.
The first part looks like he's just bouncing on his heels. The second part is kinda suspicious, but again you have to remember it's 1/6 the gravity, so you could possibly do things by slightly shifting your weight that looks weird to what we're used to here in 1G.
Edit: Look at the left arm when his getting up. His pulling himself up by grabbing the other astronauts hand.

I see no evidence of wires in this video.
The only thing fake moon landing conspiracy people have consistenly proven to me so far in their "evidence" videos is that they have a very poor understanding of how physics work or what the words "irrefutable evidence" means.
