what are the odds that the 100 hrs a week breaks down to 7 days of 14 1/2 hrs of phone calls. starting at 8am eastern time zone and ending at 7:30pm western time zone?

That's one way but I don't do anywhere near that many calls and if I do, they're not that long. I do 6 days a week at about 12 to 18 hours a day working on and often times in my companies, sometimes more. Long hours of staying focused on something that matters to you are much easier.

- Instant gratification activities like FB, news feeds, porn, dare I say spiked, get your brain hooked on wasting time.
- Try stop doing all these for a week and see where you are at.

That would be the simplest summary , but basically reset your dopamine threshold and thereby lower the bar for what elicits a dopamine response. Meaning cutting out any low reward high dopamine activities like porn, social media and humor websites.
