Dumbass they are obviously waiting for the tow trucks to arrive. This shit can take 2h to 10  hours of a recovery job for a tow truck. First they gotta wait for the investigation to finish before they can start the recovery process. The police will tell the Recovery tow trucks when its time to start removing this mess.

Yes you can see one of the fire trucks holding onto with a cable. But that is not the proper equipment to bring this thing back over. You need a real heavy tow truck. You cannot just cut it in half because insurance wants it done properly. That is why it can take up to 10 hours. Depending how the company or insurance wants  the recovery done.

My guess they are gonna use a Heavy tow truck that has a boom extantion. Hook up the front of the bus that is dangling, Lift it all the way up. Then have another tow truck position at the back to pull it
