AT first i thought what a maniac they should take his license forever, but brake failure.... insurance will pay, no problem

Brake failure for that long of a distance, I don't believe it.
The driver could have done something.
That, and I don't see how it can happen on an air brake system.
When it fails, each brake on each wheel is applied.
To say he had no brakes... I want to see the report.
