It's still a possibility pretty much until jan 20th. Once we have heard the last ruling on the last possible claim the world will know for real, who will be president.
Possibilities are narrowing. Frankly, the further past this we go, the less this is in the hands of the people. The Supreme Court is hesitant to look at everything that's going on because they don't want to be responsible for determining the result of the election.
Funny enough, the two judges that rule in favor of looking at the evidence arn't even Trump appointed.
Worst case, we are gearing up for years of hounding this administration until the 2024 rematch.

Trump has 4 claims now, previously his team only had 3. They are moving up to SCOTUS, all these claims that are getting bitchslapped down including the one filed by Texas is not from Trump's team. The one filed by Texas wasn't going to go anywhere strictly based on states can't tell other states how they should run things. Which is why Rudy is going through the state to show they violated their own rules.
This takes time, and unfortunately for Trump it is not on his side.
What happens if Trump doesn't concede, Biden takes office, Biden resigns over FBI investigation and Kamala takes the presidency (VERY LIKELY IMO) and then Pardon's Biden, then when find out the vote in those counties WAS rigged. Does Trump take office? Can he ursurp Kamala? Was the damage already done, and does that count for a second term?
