Wish we just nuked em after ww2, it was kinda the plan!.... id have 3 arms to type with!

Russias showing it's neck more than anything, completely unprepared. First now Russia has been able to surround Kiev.

I'm vorried now though, would be better if Russia made a sweep in a 6 days capanin than this. Rivers of blood.....or negotiation?!

Rivers of blood... i don't care anymore, land troops in Moscow and drag the cunt like Gaddafi... we can, i mean the biggest obstacle is making sure we know where he is.

here's my take:

remember that ukraine town mayor being frog marched out never to be seen again (actually there’s been a few of those now) and the replacement making an announcement on tv "hi i'm the new mayor, everything's cool and normal so don't make a fuss". well, i reckon it's going to be very similar in the capitol. russia will take over the parliament facilities, install an interim government and announce to the world that ukraine will hold a vote to rejoin russia which will be a choice of none and use the “crimea tm” voting system. I also think that however badly this, what was it called again? “operation stop ukraine going full blufor” is going this shit or something similar is inevitable.

that may happen but it's not the plan I don't think

Russia needs to keep the existing state in place so that they can sign a deal
About a week after Russia went in Washington was talking about setting up a govt-in-exile - IMO it's them who would try to delegitemize the regime in Kyiv if anyone's gonna do it, they'd do it to deny a Russian victory & ensuing peace accords. In that scenario there would need to be a new regime in Kyiv & could be installed by Russia & under Viktor Yanukovic - the guy who was ousted in 2014 ... it would essentially be a Russian client state at that point.

No matter what happens Ukraine is a super corrupt country with a lot of problems to resolve. Being a fully-fledged Russian client for a few years could actually be good for them. Russian-controlled SBU could chase out some of the oligarchs or bring them under the govt like how the Russian ones were dealt with in late 90s.
