Russia currently has 495 confirmed cases & is expecting things to worsen, even after April.
Prediction: we're in this for the long haul, until either our govts figure out how to stop the spread or a vaccine goes live towards end of 2021.

What a great way to get every construction worker infected! This virus will be with us forever just like the flu is, we just need to isolate ourselves until the hospitals can catch up, then we can work on herd immunity for the next few years. Expect the second wave to be way worse and come in fall when the masses think its over! At this point Im more concerned about a looming super depression and massive food shortages. Im getting ready for next winters food shortages!

Russia has been ramping up their Covid-19 game. Putin is even saying so though the numbers are even now a little suspect. I don't believe any of the numbers from anyone though some are a little more ridiculous than others.
