The claim that there was no greater fraud this election than any other is quite extraordinary. NO EVIDENCE to SUPPORT THAT CLAIM! Partisan judges throwing out cases doesn't count as a proper dismissal of evidence either.

I didn't witness that first hand. I wasn't at a polling station. So 1. I couldn't get that notarized, They arn't easy to persuade into fraudulent activities.
2. Even if I could persuade a notary into endorsing that into an affidavit, I will promptly be going to prison upon discovery that I have lied under oath.

I had problems with my I.D. a few years ago due to my dual citizenship. 1. option I tried was to get a notary to file and have me swear an affidavit that I am who I say I am.
He wouldn't do it without PHOTO I.D. (Which is why I was even seeing this guy.) I had birth certificate, SIN American and Canadian, credit cards, bank cards, passport photo's I had taken for my upcomming filing, old Orange and white healthcard.

it's not the notaries job to check the authenticity of claims being made in an affidavit, considering that they don't get jail time for notarizing false affidavits and the majority of affidavits collected aren't used and the judges are dismissing cases based on how evidence is being collected. i'd say you don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

The person swearing the affidavit DOES get penalized if their statement is false. THAT is what I'm talking about.
Also, if a Notary is found KNOWINGLY signing off on false federal documents he will be penalized. If you are a Notary you can't just sign off on whatever people will pay you to sign. He also has due diligence and parameters to fulfill before signing. These parameters are in place to Verify claims for the services about to be rendered. So Once the due diligence is performed THEN the Notary is released from Punishment for a false document, because according to the laws his office that compels him to obey, to HIS KNOWLEDGE. The Document is not False.
Lawyers also have the power to swear in affidavits.
I'm sure partisans, judge or not will find any excuse to not see a case.

I said affidavits are reliable. It can be argued that they are evidence if you want to use the philosophy That "Proof" and "Evidence" are different. Proof is conclusive. Evidence is not neccessarily.

the origin of a "smoking gun" is that if you were found with one right after someone was shot, it was proof that you did it when in fact its just evidence.
