according to the DA, the officer was "legally justified" in his use of lethal force. on the other hand Darius Rogers was released with no charges. take a moment to think about that. there is a crime that you can commit, that give's a cop the authorization to kill you, but if you live thru it, you won't be charged with a crime. you think the DA pussed out or Darius got paid?
