An altercation that turned violent at a Phoenix gas station over racist comments was caught on video. A woman identified as Tamara Harrian is seen asking a young woman in the store where she was born. When the young woman confronts Harrian over her racist comments, Harrian then grabs the young woman, prompting Harrian to be slapped.
