St. Paul, MN, police released body cam footage Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2019, showing the fatal police shooting of Ronald Davis by St. Paul Officer Steven Mattson on Sept. 15. Police say Davis rear-ended a police squad at Thomas Avenue and Griggs Street and then brandished a knife.
