The result is different, but tactic of de-escalation its a systemic problem. He could have let her sign it after she asked, instead he said, "we're way passed that." Why? What happened that he couldn't de-escalate and allow her to sign it? He escalated a traffic stop to violent arrest and justifies it because she didnt want to sign a piece of paper, or more specifically, respect his authority. Cops get off on that shit
