its not worth it its only good because the brought back old characters..not as bad as discovery but bad im afraid to say..

But it raped the potential of those old characters. Picard keeps getting mistreated and owned on his own show. Riker makes pizza in the woods but has no problem getting command of the Federation flagship just by indicating interest and 7of9 got so much of her humanity back that she's a high functioning alcoholic ranger or whatever. Just...ugh.

to me its just not star trek, never mind that its not the same fucking timline, its just more star wars than trek. Which some people like but its no longer star trek for me..

i enjoyed it, its not great, but i liked it. it's giving closure to the older star trek series. its a victory lap of sorts. i grew up watching tng, ds9 and voyager. riker, diana and 7of9 are in season 1, 7of9, guinan and the doctor are in season 2.
