If you have the money and really want to buy a 3090, you can just go to the zotac store and get the one they have for 2800. You can also get a whole PC from cyberpower with a 3090 in it for as low as $3200 US or less if you cheapen the other specs. Or just keep playing the newegg shuffle.
I'm more interested in what Intel's gpu's are going to be like.
