There's nothing controversial & barely any opinion in this clip. It's mostly historical facts that give an overview of the Balfour Declaration. If you think "the Brits made promises they couldn't keep in WWI" or "Israel wouldn't have got off the ground without the British military umbrella" as in dispute then you may find this biased but I've not heard any historian disputing those views.
