I got a theory about this sort of shit, I call it the Alex Jones effect!
The CIA finds people like Alex Jones, Tim Pool, people with large audiences and a platform, they approach them with stacks of cash or if they dont take the cash with threats or some dirt they have on them, maybe like tax evasion charges or some shit. THe CIA will tell them "secrets" BEFORE they get leaked to the public and tell them to get ahead of the story, report about all they want, BUT they also have to talk about other weird far out there shit like aliens, or gay frogs, or satan worshipping baby eating shit that makes them look crazy. SO this way even if they are telling the truth, normal people can easily disregard anyone who attempts to bring up that one bit of truth and say youre crazy becuase x.y.z, aleins, satan worshipping, etc...
I think this Q shit was created by the CIA to do this very thing, so anyone talking about election fraud or whatever they can easily be lumped into the category of Q-tards.
