You do know there is a criminal element in our society, right?
Whoever stole it got dropped off by the SUV you see driving away, which was probably stolen and I would guess they were scoping out the neighborhood looking to steal something or planning to rob a house, then they see this golden truck just sitting there running. I guarantee they dont leave shipping trucks running in the ghettos for this very reason. So, you have career criminals stealing a fedex truck while they were out looking to commit crimes, they probably know of a half a dozen places they could store this truck or drop off its contents in a hurry, it'd be a good haul for thieves like this, going to prison is just part of the game. Eventually you'll spend time in prison if you lead this sort of life, and I think most dont care. 3 meals and a cot, get to hang out with all your friends from school. Its a better life for some in prison then outside.

Soon as they stop and offload they got em, even any cellphone or beeper can be tracked to a yard accurate and they keep a log of it, and they where probably following that truck from the depot, or knew it would show up where at what hour aprox
