There's an underlying mental disorder in there. Maybe the booze brought it up to the surface. I see that with people sometimes when they smoke weed too. Reverting back to a small child age is a big flag. I used to work in a house with people with mental disorders and went to many other houses to fill in, most of the residents were down syndrome but it varied from that to all other disorders, most of the time you wouldnt even be able to tell they had a problem, like if you just met them in a store or something, but when they get nervous or scared or angry, they revert back to child like behaviors like this lady. Then it becomes obvious. And yes they get embarrassed, cant control it, and angry at people they think are mocking them or even looking at them. Schizo people act like this too. When you walk down the street and someone is talking to themselves, they keep looking up at you as you get closer, and when you walk by they yell at you. Its all an imaginary situation they have in their own mind separate from reality.
