Well you couldn't be more wrong. The gun laws are not shitty. Gun laws don't stop murder any more than laws against murder stop murder. What I said was obvious but I'll repeat it just in case. The leftist authoritarians and their media mouth pieces have a narrative with which they push for civilian disarmament, the stripping of fundamental liberties from the citizenry under the false promise of security. That narrative requires that the killer be a white male. Hence the reason this is being ignored for the purposes of shoving gun control down people's throats.
He could have just as easily run down people in the parking lot during shift change. Of course you would not be demanding motor vehicles be banned. Because in that instance you don't have a personal animus against and general ignorance of why personal firearm ownership is vital to a truly free society.

so if i was a convicted felon, wanted in all 51 states and you didnt know me, could you sell me a gun without any background checks?
When you look into the guy's personal history you find that he was a long time employee with a clean criminal history. Unless you've invented some sort of "future crime" detection device, there is no possible law you can propose that would have prevented this man from committing this crime. Background checks would have returned nothing, waiting periods, licenses or registration (i.e. red tape bullshit) would have just delayed the act. The man was going to kill himself, he didn't care about any of that shit. And yet you think infringing on the liberties of literally everyone, except of course wealthy elites and the State, is going to make you safer? Get the fuck out of here with that nonsense.
