Just read an article on the situation and it seems like he is a really good mayor. The officer didn't tell him he was being arrested until after the officer grabbed him and put him in a choke hold. His only crime seemed to be not moving away from the officer when repeatedly asked to and talking shit. I hope he's let go with no charges.
