Global Times is an unofficial mouthpiece for the CCP. It's pretty obvious they have no fucking clue when it comes to PR. The presenter has a thick accent & a speach impediement ffs.
As for wearing a mask I agree but it's unrealistic. Even social distancing at the daily pressers would be a good start. By not following the same protocols they're asking others to follow it makes them seem irresponsible & disconnected. Not having enough masks even for all health workers makes it not so straight forward but during a crisis the leaders should do what they can to protect themselves, or they might end up like Boris Johnson & put their country in even more of a pickle.

Why would anyone expect the twat that against medical advisors recommendations looked into the sun without protection to wear a mask? Do we actually want him to wear a mask if we would think it were a good virus protection?
