Hah! I went forward to watch that - the driver is William Petersen who played the famed Gil Grissom on CSI. I haven't got past the first 10 minutes yet because I fell down a YouTube rabbit hole today.

The guy that made this film also made The French Connection, which also has one of the best car chases ever.
He also made The Exorcist.
A lesser know film, awesome nonetheless, Sorcerer. I think it came out the same weekend as Star Wars, lol. So that was that for that movie.
