I used to live above a Bosnian Bar and below a Bosnian Karate studio, 2 nd floor was an art studio and a few apartments. Every Sunday they smoked a whole lamb, waking up to that was better than waking up to bacon. An old Bosnian dude would stand there all day watching over it, I'd get bread from a nearby bakery and we'd soak up the juices, didnt speak a lick of english but we found ways to communicate if we had to. I would buy the head for $5 as the good stuff was $11-15 lb and I was broke at the time.

Iv'e tried Pig's head which is unbelievably delicious. I don't like mutton though, so these might not be for me. Those are huge.
