As store owners you don't argue, you don't serve them, you advise them of policy and that they have to leave, if they don't you call the cops and denounce them for trespassing.

If you behave like that in Belgium they have you locked up in a mental institution especialy the woman in the 3th video, she would be placed under psychiatric observation
