Yeah they're cranking stuff out as fast as possible, it's not surprising there are some hiccups. Eg. medical mask output is 20X higher than before the outbreak & they were already making 40% of the world's supply. Even 'China speed' can't keep up with demand atm.

It's a complicated history with fault on both sides. Before they were banned in China the leader (who says he can fly) was in a kind of power struggle with the CCP & they were pulling some renegade things over there while some people in power were using them as scapegoats for their political agenda.
Since the ban they've become a global China Bad propaganda empire / cult, headquartered in New York & supported by Western goverments with tens of millions each year. The 'disciples' who work in places like Epoch Times are mostly volunteers & don't get paid.
