A few questions:
Is it good practice taking your gun out with you when drinking?
Shouldn't the gun be secured in the holster?
Shouldn't you DROP the fucking gun when police shouts at you "Drop the gun!"
I am by no means saying he deserved this but when you're going on the piss taking the gun and get involved in shit that is none of your concern there is a danger this happens, ESPECIALLY when you (should) know that many police are appaulingly trained in the great country you live in.
