Two words that make people sound stupid.

Never and Always.

The correct answer for both is. It depends.

It's a survey that is optimistically not well thought out. Or Pessimistically entrapment.

That also depends on the difference between real unfair treatment and PERCIEVED unfair treatment.

I have no idea. Was not going to waste my time watching the results of a cooked study.

it always make the country better when all americans speak up and protest unfair treatment by the government

it always make the country better when black americans speak up and protest unfair treatment by the government

The technique under which the question was structured  is called "slipping one past the goalie." It's a brainwashing technique.

Commonly used by lawyers in court, or used to get past a defensive mechanism.

It's gets you temporary result that you want when the subject is unaware of what's going on, but the answers can't be sourced as authentic beliefs.

By prefacing the question with always it presupposes absolution in the outcome based on the answer. (The world doesn't work in absolutes.)  The nature of the question also presupposes that the treatment being discussed is legitimately unfair.

That's important, because it could be a PERCEPTION of unfair treatment. Perception is not typically factual.

What treatment exactly is being called out as unfair? Too much implication, but nothing solid.

Is he talking about speaking up with your mouth or the written word? Or does burning down townships with your hands count as the same thing now?

It's a funny game that makes people look stupid.

No it doesn't ALWAYS make the country better when people protest unfair treatment from the government. Is being forced to pay taxes just for being born fair? No it's blatantly not. Does it always make the country better when all americans protest the existance of taxes?

In my opinion. No it doesn't. But it generally makes the country better to argue tax rates, tax distribution, and to discuss the philosophy and moral implications of the existance of taxes.

Verdict: Amusing Tomfoolery

"it's not considered rape when..." is a question thats always suppose to get the same answer.. its not a brainwashing tool. its common sense. unless you want to explain why a group of people think that another group of people shouldnt speak out mistreatment.

What mistreatment exactly? What same opportunities doesn't every one have if they work hard and overcome competition like everyone else?

If everyone wants a world where no one will compete with you or try to overcome you.

That's not possible, nor desireable.

If people believe that is a minority only challenge. It's not.

Because of Capitalism Everyone has the opportunity to do what they want to do in life. It's an individual responsibility to overcome and get there.

Yes "Slipping one passed the goalie." Is a brain washing tool. I have used it for that purpose in my every day life. Knowing it was phallacious, but it achieved temporary results I desired from it.

It's not common sense. We have not established what unfair treatment we are talking about. Or if the proposed treatment is ACTUALLY unfair.

The whole question makes a number of assumptions by default. The question is not valid until all assumptive matters have been adressed, so they are no longer assumptions.

Which means the question would have to be rewritten.

What are the assumptions being made.

1. Something is ALWAYS good or bad.

2. That there is clearly indentifiable mistreatment.

3. This indentifiable mistreatment affects blacks disproportionately to whites.

4. Violent protest is the same thing as peaceful protest.

5. Words and actions are the same thing.

The fact that you question this in this way says 2 things - you are very likely white or white raised and you would never give a person of colour the benefit of the doubt - which is really what this is all about. That's what discrimination is, that's what the survey was about - not giving persons of colour the benefit of the doubt, hence all the Karens we see questioning people of colour. The statement that you think everyone has the same opportunities is naive at best and belies your upbringing. If that were true, every ethnic group would have similar outcomes of success, regardless of where they started, unless you believe Europeans are genetically superior. You talk as though you believe Capitalism is the best system, even though the US is far from pure capitalism. The result of this system is the mess the US is in right now - Trump is the poster child of perceived Capitalism - the needs of the one outweigh all else. The avarice of the Repubs "trumps" the wishes of the majority, many many examples for this - and this inevitably leads to violent confrontation on a large scale which is where this is going.

They get the same benefit of the doubt as anyone else. No special treatment.

"The statement that you think everyone has the same opportunities is naive at best and belies your upbringing. If that were true, every ethnic group would have similar outcomes of success, regardless of where they started,"

Equal opportunity and equal outcome are not the same thing.

Everyone has the opportunity to pursue what they want.

Their outcome is not guaranteed as that is the responsibility of the individual. To achieve the desired outcome you must work hard, make good decisions, and outwit competetition.

People tend to forget that when outdone by others.

Let's have a look at the minority oppressed here.

Opera Winfrey

Tiger Woods

Michael Jackson

Michael Jordan

Shaq

Should I keep going through the list of unfortunates that could never reach their dreams?

If this turns violent that's on the perpetrator. They made the choice to take an arguement to violent territory. They will suffer the consequences.

In the end. No one can blame anyone but themselves for their choices.

Maybe they would be doctors.

In what sense?

Like how The democrates constantly remind minorities of a racial divide? Which keeps them held in a victim mentality, praying the blues will fix their shit hole cities and bring back industry from China?

They agreed to certify them under duress. Now they are filing affidavits to not certify. It's all they can do because there is no other legal process to rescend certification.

They also only agreed to certify them under the conditions that an audit will be conducted.. It had nothing to do with them ommitting cities from the counts. wtf.

There is counting inconsistencies in up to 71% of the votes according to these people that were pressured into certifying.

Detroit probably voted Red because they are tired of living on the carcass of decayed industry.

Perhaps he was promising protection if they came forward.

If that's the case, it was beneficial for her to say that as a ward against those that are plotting against them.

They are being asked to choose between their families and doing the right thing. A choice I do not envy.

Republican racists are typically suffering from one or more forms of ignorance. Democrat racists are typically educated and fully conscious of their racist positions.
