On a more serious note she is using A LOT of water preparing her eggs:
Warm water
boiling water (necessary)
cold water (incl ice cubes)
running water (or another bowl) to peel the eggs
Also: When(r)ever I go the supermarket I don' see eggs on display in a cooler, they are always ambient temperature. If you eat them within expration date here is no need for refrigerating.
