Here in europe thare was not much coverage at all about it, just that they suspected something fishy was going on. The media in the US is of course so biased that everything is blown out of proportion in either political direction.

oh right, yea my comment was a response to monkey's question, he's American so I was really talking about American media.... here we have national media which is relatively reserved but people are quite influenced by American media, especially CNN. It's hard to be on the internet without seeing American "news", it's what comes up on Google.

Your response to my question? About Rudy? I don't pay attention to most U.S. news sources. I gather news from multiple sources, even listening to Fox opinion entertainment just to see what most Americans are ingesting as their news source. CNN is a joke but at least presents a much larger amount of facts than Fox does.
You seriously do not believe that Russia tried to influence the U.S election? Putin didn't try ro get Trump to win? I believe he would have won anyway but Putin wanted Trump over Clinton, no question, and he made moves to try to make it happen. This video is another nothingburger by the looks. Even if there's something to it, the info presented here is in no way damning. It's based on an unnamed source who's in some kind of court battle with Rudy so it's quite one-sided & I wouldn't be surprised if both sides have engaged in less-than-scrupulous activity. If it goes anywhere I'll be shocked.
Your hate boner for Trump is relentless. The choice was between him & Hillary - Hillary was SecState when America sponsored jihadis in Syria & Libya. For that reason alone he was the right choice. He's started no major conflicts in his first term which is far better than the last 3 presidents. Maybe that's due to incompetence, who knows... No, there is no evidence that Russia was involved in the DNC email leak/hack, or any links between Russia & the Internet Research Agency that have been made public. Mueller's allegations about the IRA-Russia connection was thrown out of federal court for lack of evidence. And it was a troll farm, the vast majority of their posts had nothing to do with the election & the ones that did were a mix of pro-Hillary/pro-Trump memes.
RT did lean towards Trump slightly as the preferred candidate, whether their coverage was unethical is up for debate. They were pissed off about Libya & a bunch of other things including actual, real life meddling in their elections with traceable funds going to people like Alexei Navalny. They've shutdown the overt stuff by pushing US-based "NGOs" out of their territory but the US still messes with their domestic affairs through other channels including massive deceptive PR campaigns against Putin from State Department & US media which is crawling with federal employees.
It's laughable for the US to say a word about foreign meddling & to have this disinfo campaign about Russian interference being so hardcore it's just off the chain.
None of what I've just written is an endorsement of Trump's character or his history before becoming your president. I know he's dodgy as fuck. He's likely hooked up in all sorts of shady shit now & before. If you want to moan about moral bullshit, how about prosecute Bush for war crimes, then Obama, then start talking about Trump.
