Looks like a high lumen/high powered LED flashlight. Look up law enforecement flashlights or tactical flashlights.

I have been shopping for a new flashlight for a while now. It is confusing AF not in the least because of all the cheap chinese crap flooding marketplaces like amazon.

I have an older maglite and equipped it with an LED bulb, fucking bright but way more limited focus range. Probably the new ones have adapted reflectors.
