Pro tip.
For more flavour start your ground tomatoes with roasted onions and garlic to taste.
Also allow product to cool below room temperature before sealing.
If you are ever preserving mushrooms. WASH THEM VERY WELL. If they have ANY dirt in them and you can them in oil they can breed bocholinum.bacteria. Seriously nasty and many times undetctable stuff.
