Well a certain member here is of the opinion that women in general should not be beat (I forgot to add this word, my bad, I apologise) cops because they would be as useless in such situations as this guy, I am simply mocking him with this comment. There are quite some women who would have done better than this twat.
The training and fitness requirement of beat cops in the US is simply appauling. This is the problem, and it ain't gonna change.

Well, as you are clearly not in possession of the cerebral capacity required to become a US cop applying the current employment standards I will explain it especially for you:

For beat police or firefighters and other jobs that require a minimum physical stamina and intellectual properties: The only way to sift out the persons unsuitable for the job is to have minimum physical and intellectual (those that you would definitely fail, even now) employment and training requirements. These can be designed and tested efficiently WITHOUT gender discrimination.
Like I also said in other relating posts the criteria for setting these standards MUSTN'T be "a certain percentage of women must pass". Like the criteria MUSTN'T include a certain percentage of race X, gender, religious beliefs or ANY "quota" at all.
Like I also said before the selection process of german police for example is COMPLETELY inadequate as it has different employment requirements for men and women for the same job. Which is really sexist, btw.

Ha, I took the police exam and out of 300 apllicants only 15 scored 85 or higher, I got a 92. I was in the National Gaurd at the time so the physical fitness test was a breeze and the exam was just memorization and reading comprehension skills. I chose not to follow through with it becuase I didnt think I be able to refrian from killing dirtbags like pedos. The tests are a joke. I went through US Army Infantry boot camp and AIT, we had some very wimpy guys that "somehow" made it through the fitness test to join, one dude couldnt even do a fucking pushup, some indian guy that belonged behind a computer desk, not infantry. Like I said, I would not want someone next to me that couldnt carry my ass out of a firefight if I got hurt or willing to rip someones fucking head off if needed. Now they are allowing woman into combat roles and %90 of them fail or drop out. Firefighters and police have hiring quotas for females and they have different tests they take then the men. Pretty fucked up.
