That's the sharpshooter fallacy.
How many videos have been taken of garbage trucks where they don't catch fire? arguably thousands more.Would all of them be posted online? They wouldn't be as interesting so probably not. Would you have seen all of them? How many times have garbage trucks caught fire and nobody was around to film it? arguably thousands more.
So this one one example of when those variables lined isn't really that improbable.

like other heavier oils its not highly flammable but when its in a fine mist like that it will light up nicely.
