Go and SEEK HELP! Something is seriously wrong with you. If this has been diagnosed before GO BACK on your meds.
There is plenty of medication out there, this has improved so much in the last 30 years, you won't feel much of a difference yourself but the paranoia will improve significantly.
If you don't want to medicate at least (if you haven't already done it) move back with your parents or live with your sister so someone can take care of and supervise you should your condition worsen, which it will.
