LOL seriously i wanted to comment and say, that it still looks great today, the original arcade version or MAME that is, the console versions look a bit awfull

It's been 20+ years, but if I remember corectley you need to be on the bridge stage, get double flawless victories, and finish with an upper cut.
I think, it's been a long time.
