Wow he hit him with the $25 burger question right off the bat. I had one in Los Vegas at his joint there. His answer to the question is - it's $25 because of its composition and how I describe it. lol

I was actually a bit surprised at the burger composition.

 

I have made beef burgers, Bison burgers, elk burgers, even kangaroo burgers.

 

However, I never made a burger with 4 different cuts. Usually they are made with the tip and scraps of sirloin that we grind up.

 

After seeing the thoughtfullness and extra labor that goes into making it his way. And how much better it will taste. Yes I would charge a higher price for it.

I'd say in the price $15 dollars is the burger itself, and $10 for the service, quality guarantee, presentation and brand appeal. It's not overpriced.
