In New York City, your normal dog walker is a certain type of person and your normal bicyclist is too. There are assholes in both. I've seen assholes from either group confront each other and the result is unreal. This situation is a bicyclist with likely mental health issues but there are a lot of these people. Somehow, they are convinced that the streets of NYC are all about them and everyone else is just an inconvenience.
