This is against privacy laws, privacy laws in Belgium are so tight that i can pirate anything, because nobody should know (according to the laws here) what it is i do on my computer, you can only get caught when you enter/download a bait site with kiddy porn on it or stuff like that.

Internet providers don't give out any info if a law firm wants to bust you for pirating?
Here in Finland they send copyright letters asking for money all the time.
