I'll just say that once the cuffs were on there was absolutely no need to keep a knee in his back.  They literally sufficated him to death.

since they weren't convicted and all charges were dismissed, as long as they support the principles set forth in the constitution and the D of I, are they alright with you?

You can keep trying and I'll shoot your bullshit down every time.

The clause in the Fifth Amendment reads: "No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

These assholes deprived the man of his life without due process.  Therefore they obviously acted in contradiction to the principles set for in the Constitution.  So the answer is no, no they are no alright with me.

I found this in an article.

Officers Kevin Mansell, Danny Vasquez and Dustin Dillard were indicted in 2017 on misdemeanor deadly conduct charges, but Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot dismissed the charges that March, saying medical examiners told him they did not believe the officers acted recklessly."

This is bullshit, it's not up to medical examiners to pass judgement, that's why juries are formed.  The DA pussed out.  The video is obvious evidence that they showed careless disregard for the health and wellbeing of the suspect they had in their custody.

well, who are you to pass judgment? wouldn't the medical examiner be the best one to pass judgment? they would be the only one with a medical background, they would know how much force is required to cause a certain amount of damage... while a jury is going to be formed with half of them already leaning towards guilty/innocent and a judge can overrule a guilty verdict.
